Most of our clients were only renting a home or an apartment because they didn’t know or believe that homeownership was a possibility for them.  But this is exactly what First Step Management specializes in – working with people to provide the opportunity of home ownership, regardless of has credit history.

Why take such a risk?  We don’t see a great risk in offering good homes to good people who can afford the home and the payment.  Rather we believe this is a superior method of qualifying someone for homeownership and financing.
